GENTLE EXERCISE CLASSES
Classes are aimed at people who wish to improve on their strength. Mobility. Balance. Co-ordination. Flexibility.
With the use of Pilates balls. Resistance bands and light weights.
The class consists of some light cardio standing or seated.
The seated section of the class helps with building strength with the use of resistance bands and Pilates balls .
Our aim is to have fun and improve fitness at the same time. Socialising helps our mental health too.

Rachel has been teaching dance for 30 years.
A passion for dance from the age of three when she attended her first ballet class, then adding freestyle, tap then later contemporary, modern, stage and dance exercise after attending Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama after leaving school.
Rachel offers a wealth of experience and is passionate about teaching dance.
